3 bedroom building plan which places the master bedroom on one side and 2 bedrooms for kids on the other side separated by a spacious lounge and an open kitchen. Entrance verandah and the main verandah are linked to the living room through fully operable french steel doors creating an inside-outside feel. The design is based on a mix of traditional African architecture and contemporary open plans. Burnt brick walling gives a beautiful finish to the building.
